Terms

These terms apply when you buy from ZooFly KC.

• One of a kind. Every item is a single secondhand piece, also listed on Depop. Rarely, an item sells there at the same moment you pay for it here. If that happens, I'll refund you in full for that item.
• Holds. Starting checkout holds your items for about 30 minutes. If you don't finish paying, they go back on sale.
• Payment. You pay on Stripe's checkout page. It offers cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and Cash App Pay, depending on your device. If you pay by bank transfer, I hold your items up to 7 days while it clears.
• Prices. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping, and tax if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Condition. Items are used unless the description says otherwise.
• Returns. See the returns policy.
